SUBJECT : Thomas AA Johnsen (addendum) : BACKGROUNDER "B" : D.O.B. 1940
QUESTION :
Has RCMP adequately completed an Elder Abuse Complaint regarding
$20,000.11 being held by a registered BC Real Estate Agent in absence of
any contract; and, where a third party [real estate agent buy-sell
colleague] is alleged to have interfered with Mister Johnsen's prescribed medications during the process of the money exchange. Mister Johnsen has been arrested for attempting to recover this $20,000.11 ??? NOTE: This writer Goodwin has attended with Mister Johnsen
during his filing of complaint information at the RCMP Duncan
detachment prior to his being charged following the counter-complaints
by the Respondents.
We are forwarding [with Mister Johnsen's approval] the copy of this email to Professor Gordon for the purpose of seeking your assistance on one particular matter : The question of RCMP adequate and complete investigation of Elder Abuse Complaint 2013 - which has resulted in the complainant Mister Johnsen being criminally charged for trying to recover his money. Mister Johnsen is retired Canadian navy seal; continuing to suffer significant service injuries.
Mister Johnsen is still faced with a
number of barriers in attempting to recover his $20,000.11 from a BC
real estate agent and his buy-sell colleague. Additionally, Mister Johnsen's health is particularly precarious at this time. Some of his options are outlined in the blogsite that we have prepared for the Veterans Advocate Offices.
Thank you for reviewing these public interest issues on the subject of RCMP adequate elder abuse investigations.
In the event that you wish clarifications, please contact me [Ralph Goodwin] via CELL 1.250.709.1809 or email at touchstonecommittee.chair.rcg@ gmail.com.
Subset: Mister Johnsen
is presently scheduled for a particularly precarious abdominal surgery
in Victoria in the near future - which is required as a result of
evident injuries suffered while in VGH on another surgery recovery
matter

I attended at the RCMP Duncan detachment with Tom
when he filed a detailed complaint with evidence [chemicals allegedly
used as medications by one of the responding parties]. In the matter of
the $20K, Tom has bank records to verify the real estate agent receiving
the monies.
Tom currently has legal aid lawyer Cara
Hunt representing him in the response to criminal charges that he has
threatened the two parties named in his $20K complaint.
I
am instructed by Tom to proceed with options of recourse [small claims,
and several other agencies]. Both the lawyer and RCMP have been
apprised / lawyer Cara Hunt has no objection.
At present, my immediate course of
action is to compel the Duncan RCMP to provide a detailed letter to Tom;
outlining how they have investigated his complaints; and, where there
are deficiencies in law that will prevent the Crown from proceeding to
charge these two parties on the elder abuse matters.
I am sending you this brief message because I have noted your online opinions regarding RCMP conduct.
Both Tom and I have extensive associate background history with serious
crimes investigations. And, we are seeking proper accountability from
the Duncan detachment. I have acted as advocate for officers pressing
forward Code-of-Conduct complaints.
Please, send me a response email if you
desire to be kept informed as we develop these issues. Tom's trial is
scheduled for December. No reply from you will be interpreted as "no
interest".
I will now solicit the Veteran Affairs
Advocate to work with us. And, I am proceeding to seek Revenue Canada's
involvement; as well as the Real Estate Council of BC. The small claims
will, also, proceed now
Thank you / huy'ch'qu'
