THUGGERY RECOMPENSE When Senior Abuse Is Compounded Upon A Distinguished Veteran

Media & Academic Curiosity Is Imperative To Establish Resolution Forums
For 100 years military services in Canada have sacrificed body and soul in order protect and preserve a just society. Veteran Tom Johnsen has served and suffered as an unflinching colleague in this duty. And, today, he struggles through his injuries to find this "just society".

In Canada, we are just entering into the realm of developing adequate and meaningful statutory legislation to reflect on these issues of elder abuse. And, in conjunction with that, there is still a wide deficiency in the capacity of the RCMP to complete investigation in this grey area.

It was the Borden initiative to provide 500,000 troops into the British ranks to labour against the WWI Kaiser Wilhelm II's lebensraum juggernaut that brought Canada forward into being an independent state nation. And, it was Borden's unconditional promise of support to troops and veterans that garnered him massive electorate support. Sadly, today, the Canada Justice Department does not honour these historical vested prerequisite commitments to veterans.

It is this matter of  "Honour Amongst Thebes" that drives Tom Johnsen towards a just and fair resolution to his claim against the realtor and the charlatan healer.

There is calm here. Anger is not present, either. Merely, this non-relinquished quest to (a) recover the $20,000.11 held by the realtor in absence of contract; and, (b) see that both the responding parties are met with the full vigor of law - in order to prevent this "thuggery" from happening again ... especially, as in this case, to a senior veteran.
